FR: support a file that contains a list of items to ignore (an "ignorelist")

Once we've reviewed findings and we've deemed them "ok", it would be nice for the next run not to display the same findings.
So just as with antivirus software, an ignorelist would be useful.

Maybe each entry could be in the same JSON format as in the output. So we could easily copy and paste entire blocks of findings.
