Profile Update - integrate Account Connections on this page and remove specific page for managing them

It is confusing to see an Account Connections section on the Profile Update screen and have it appear as if it's empty when you've authenticated with either GitHub or Google. User is expected to click into a separate Manage Account Connections page, but every other section on this page has the same styled button for submitting the form - it's not clear at all that this section's button is meant to take you to a different page rather than act as the other buttons do.

We should move the Manage Account Connections page content to exist right on the Profile Update page. Worst case if that is for some reason difficult, the way to get to the manage screen for Account Connections should not be a button and instead appear as links normally do on the site.
