**Description**

When viewing the Libraries page in Safari, multiple libraries display their cards in an inconsistent order and alignment compared with the expected layout from Chrome.
The Contributors card is most frequently affected and appears slightly lower than the other cards in the same row. However, other cards, such as Dependencies, can also be affected.
The issue occurs across multiple libraries in Safari, resulting in an inconsistent layout between library entries.

**Steps to Reproduce**

1. Open the Libraries page using Safari.
2. Review multiple libraries and their associated cards.
3. Notice the order and vertical alignment of the cards.
4. Open the same Libraries page using Chrome.
5. Review the same libraries and compare their card order and alignment.
6. Notice that in Chrome, the cards are correctly ordered and aligned, while in Safari some cards are displayed in a different order or slightly lower than the rest.

**Actual Result**

In Safari, multiple libraries display their cards in an inconsistent order and alignment. The Contributors card is most commonly displayed slightly lower than the other cards, although other cards, such as Dependencies, can also be affected.
In Chrome, the same libraries display their cards in the correct order and aligned on the same horizontal line.

**Expected Result**

Library cards should maintain the same expected order and alignment across supported browsers, including Safari and Chrome. All cards within the same row should be properly aligned on the same horizontal line.
