On the Public Profile page, all earned badges display the same date instead of showing the date associated with each individual badge.

**Steps to Reproduce**

1. Navigate to the public profile of a user who has earned multiple badges.
2. Locate the Badges section.
3. Review the date displayed for each badge.
4. Compare the dates across the earned badges.

**Actual Result**

All earned badges display the same date.

**Expected Resul**t

Each badge should display the correct date associated with when that specific badge was earned.

Open the Public Profile page and reproduce the issue with a user who has multiple earned badges. Trace where each entry in the Badges section gets its displayed date, then verify that every badge shows the date associated with when it was earned.
