Set up an AI to sort and categorize mailing list archives

We would like to use an AI solution to categorize and index the mailing list for various solutions:

1. Put library history on library pages, based on mailing list content. Opens up modal/new page with links to individual mailing list items maybe (categorization). Maybe summary on news items. idea: useful idea categorization.
2. create a index of libraries, both accepted and not, and be able to pull the related threads from newest to oldest during the review process.
3. be able to label and provide groups of ML examples about specific topics or libraries. grouping mailing list items by library. Maybe all emails on cpp alliance / boost.
