"Featured Videos" on the home page

The home page videos are currently hard coded to the page. This should be moved to the DB and a list of videos should be created with a means of suggesting more, and rotate those videos when viewing the home page.

There should be a separate means of recommending videos than the news page, as news videos may be very different than featured videos
