Django Users with @example.com emails should be updated to users' actual email

We have about 60 valid Django users in the site that have a generic @example.com email address on their account. These Django users are what Library and LibraryVersions use for designating the authors and maintainers. These should be updated to match the email on their associated CommitAuthor.

The purpose of this is to fix instances on the libraries where the author or maintainer name is not listed
