On the news listing page: https://www.boost.io/news/
Hovering over the author image displays the author's name. But it is inconsistent depending on the height of the preview (see images below). Plus the name is already on the right side of the preview. Then on an individual news item ([example](https://www.boost.io/news/entry/boost-1840-release-candidate-1-is-available/)) - the author name isn't linked to their GitHub.
Recommended changes:
* Move the author image to be in the top right corner of the preview, above their name
* Remove the hover effect
* Link to the author's GitHub from the individual news item
