Gather and store metadata on r/cpp subreddit

In an effort to further measure engagement and activity in the C++ community, we should collect and store metadata from the r/cpp subreddit. This should include numbers of posts, comments, and perhaps upvotes, all stored by date. We will likely use this data in reports.
