Opinion on TOC alignment of secondary headers

Description
In the following screenshot, I have a ultra subjective opinion that the vertical line below "Type Requirements" should align with the initial letter of "Type", in the same way as the primary vertical line aligns with the first letter of "Technical" in the header "Technical points".
