Description

Today I install Howdy on my laptop (Lenovo IdeaPad 5 Pro). The installation was successful and I added my face. However, when I tried to unlock my laptop it did work. I could see the LED lighting up and then goes out (I think it recognizes me) but nothing happens. WHen am logged in and I try a sudo command, it recognizes me and continues with the command. It's not working only on the login screen :/ .

Linux distribution: elementary OS 6.1 Jólnir

Howdy version: Howdy 2.6.1

Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue on elementary OS 6.1 Jólnir with Howdy 2.6.1, comparing facial authentication on the login screen with the working sudo path. Trace the differing authentication paths and consider the issue done when a recognized face unlocks the login screen as well as sudo.
