Description
When I try to enter any application using the GNOME PolKit window (vscode, systemctl), the camera LED flashes, the popup doesn't appear until I re-enable howdy. `sudo -i` works fine with same setup and face position

Research direction
Start by reproducing the GNOME PolKit authentication popup on Fedora 35 with Howdy 2.6.1, then compare it with the working sudo -i flow. Done means the popup appears and face authentication works for applications such as VS Code and systemctl without re-enabling Howdy.
