Description

On https://docs.bolt.cm/3.1/installation/install-command-line it says:

```
Permissions
Generally most servers should be fine with the default permissions.
However, if you require guidance on setting up permissions,
see our File System Permissions page.
```

This is confusing. I installed through this 'easy way', set the correct root folder and tried to view the bolt install in my browser which gave me a blank screen. I then tried to scan my folders and saw that the /root/app folder contained folders with nothing in it. This threw me off....

Seems all bolt files are copied to these folders once http://stichtingtrias.twokings.eu/bolt/userfirst had been loaded. However is http://stichtingtrias.twokings.eu/bolt/userfirst isn't loaded because the permissions haven't been set, it's a bit confusing.

If it says "most servers are fine...." I -as a end user- will automagically believe you.

Please rewrite and make setting or double checking the permissions compulsory.

Suggestion:

```
Permissions
Installing bolt requires the following permissions on the folders to be set.
Although most servers should be fine, please double check these settings.
code to set permissions / permissions to set
```

Also, include the code to set the permissions. Don't put it on another page... it's an inherent part of the install process which should IMO be a full step by step on one page
