audit(architecture): WorkSpaceX 产品架构、Harness 与 coord-gateway 实现—文档漂移

## 背景

由 coord-main 正式移交，coord-architecture 执行首轮证据化架构审计。范围仅限 architecture / harness / docs / ADR / agent-protocol；本 issue 不修改产品 feature、不管理 worker、不合并 PR。

## 审计目标

按 P0 / P1 / P2 输出每项：证据、影响、建议、可执行验证。特别核验：

- 前端 UI Prototype / UI 与后端 application/controller 是否真实接线；
- phase-01 仅剩 F34/F50 是否真的等价于产品端到端完成，防止 verification 空转；
- coord-gateway、PlatformDirectory、registry snapshot、architecture skill 的身份/权限单源；
- 旧 coord-service 文档和 cycle-report 残留（关联 #381）；
- 本地 Postgres 并发不稳定是否已机械门控（关联 #74），不得口头豁免。

## 方法与边界

- 证据以仓库源码、可执行命令、GitHub issue/PR 为准；不可达不解释为空。
- Harness 按 instructions / templates / state / scripts / verification 五子系统评分，并检查 passing/evidence/verdict 绕过路径。
- 只审计并提出架构决策。任何修复先拆独立 issue，待 coord-main 确认优先级后，一个 issue 一个 PR。

## 启动基线

`./init.sh` 当前未通过：`@repo/api#test` 报 24 failed files / 86 failed tests，伴随数据库连接终止及权限/隔离异常。该事实将纳入 #74 的机械门控审计，不作口头豁免。

Start by running ./init.sh and reviewing the repository's architecture, harness, docs, ADR, and agent-protocol material. Trace the coord-gateway, PlatformDirectory, registry snapshot, and architecture skill evidence, then assess the five stated harness subsystems and record P0/P1/P2 findings with evidence, impact, recommendations, verification, and decisions needing coord-main or human approval; report the summary to #382.
