chat: devapp 上 HITL 确认后 resume 以 MODEL_CALL_FAILED 失败（#2845 部署后）

devapp 2026-09-06 人类实测（部署 5c7f8b505，含 #2845）：「继续推理商业模式画布」这类任务触发 confirm_task_intent → 点「继续」→ run 失败「模型这次没能返回可用结果」，控制台 `[copilotkit-v2] agent run failed {code: MODEL_CALL_FAILED}`，同时 `wss://devapp.boardx.us/agent-runs/…` WebSocket 在建立前被关闭。线程：thr-97a3181a-1e7e-449f-9ad8-83d2f93aad9c。
本地真栈同一路径是通的（#2842 评论有全链路证据），devapp 差异待查：deep-agent 容器是否随 deploy 重建到含 `_coerce_list` 的版本、resume 路径的 run/thread 状态、WS 网关配置。需要 devapp API journal 里该 run 的 `agent run model call failed` detail。
