Feature Request: update pipreqs 0.5.0 to support Python 3.13.0

Pretty much the title. PiPy shows that the latest version requires Python < 3.13. I didn't try to download the source code to see if any issues arise when using this version but, either way, the usual ways of using pip to install this package don't work.

Start by reviewing the package metadata and installation configuration behind the PyPI release, then try the usual pip installation flow with Python 3.13. Confirm whether the current source also runs there and identify any compatibility failures. Done means pip can install pipreqs 0.5.0 on Python 3.13 and the existing behavior remains intact.
