Description
Hi everyone and thanks in advance for any help you can give me.
Launching 'pipreqs . ' I get the following error:

I have already tried searching the Internet and I can say with certainty that I do not use proxies, I can connect to the pypi.python.org and pypi.org sites from both browser and shell.
I added the crt of the pypi.python.org site to my pem file.
I don't know what to do anymore.
Tnx

Research direction
Start at pipreqs.py line 184, where requests.get queries pypi.python.org during pipreqs execution, and compare it with the reported Python 3.11 traceback. First determine whether the certificate-verification failure is reproducible in the project; done means a confirmed project-level cause and a documented or tested resolution.
