pipreqs programmatically?

Any chances to use pipreqs programmatically?

I like to have a `generate_requirements.py` in my project that generates `requirements.txt` and `requirements-dev.txt` from a python script, do you have any suggestion?

The issue does not name a file, test, or entry point. Start by tracing the current pipreqs command-line entry point and determine how generation could be exposed to a Python script. Done means a documented programmatic interface can generate both requirements.txt and requirements-dev.txt.
