Add ability to record a VR session - Basic "movie" style per user

Add the ability to record a VR user's perspective as a movie file that can be viewed at a later date. More advanced forms may be specified later, but for this story, recording it as an mp4 or other movie file that can be viewed inside or outside the digital twin will suffice. Each user in a concurrent session would be recorded as a separate movie.

This will be used for debriefings, and will be offered to crews as part of their research work product.
