Description

A KML tour is basically media you play in google earth.

KML tours have a timeline, tracks and camera orientation to be followed during the time, with audio track, typically a narrated voice. This would be a great way to package up an EVA including the radio broadcasts.

Research direction

The issue does not name a source file, test, or entry point. Start by locating how tracks and existing exports are represented, then review the linked pyKML and Google Earth examples. Done should mean an EVA can be exported as a playable KML tour containing its timeline, tracks, camera orientation, and radio audio.
