[Feature Request] Add URL to status page

Especially in companies, there is often a distinction between service name and the actual URL.
So I'll add the monitor with the service name (and the actual URL to check) but on the status page only the name is visible.

I would like to see a toggle for the status page something like "show url".
I imagine something like this:

An alternative is to use URLs also for the display name but then it's hard for people to know the relevant "service". Especially, because the status page is also for management people.

No files or tests are named. Start by locating the status page UI and the monitor display data, then inspect how status page settings are represented. Done means adding a "show URL" toggle whose enabled state displays each monitor's URL alongside its service name without changing the default presentation.
