How to bulk import from the GUI from CSV? Cannot find the button for it.

I cannot for the life of me find the Bulk import button on the UI

But I do not have such a button on the UI:

I saw the API contains this, so it should be visible on the UI... also the pictures in the github page also contain this button.

Start with the bulk-import documentation section linked in the issue and inspect the GUI location described there, then compare it with the available API behavior. Done means determining why the CSV bulk-import button is absent and either restoring it in the UI or updating the documentation to match the actual interface.
