Bulk Options

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
Being able to perform Bulk options, it's very frustrating. I use another Uptime Monitoring solution that has bulk options and with your software, I have to do things individually.

The Ability to be able to perform bulk options like when adding multiple Uptime Sites, we can also set the notification options or if we want to pause monitoring on more than 1 site, we can select the sites and disable monitoring

No files, tests, or entry points are identified in the issue. Start by locating the existing uptime-site creation, notification-setting, and monitoring-pause flows, then determine which bulk operations should be supported for selected sites. Done means the agreed operations apply consistently to multiple selected sites and are verified in the relevant flows.
