Bad help and no --configure option

How can this tool call itself a "super tool" when there is no option to write an initial config like s3cmd is able to? No command line help on possible commands - I really do not want to come back to github to see what "s4cmd ls" can do...

Determine the existing configuration flow, then add a discoverable `--configure` path and useful command-line help covering available commands; done means both workflows are usable without consulting GitHub.
