Explain where to get patched versions of jackrabbit-standalone.jar

The documentation linked above doesn't describe where to get binaries for jackrabbit-standalone. I have a suspicion that the patched versions of Jackrabbit may be at the source of why we ran into a problem following the Jackrabbit backup and migration strategy detailed here.
