On this page it mentions
> the "stem", which refers to an existing sitemap item
It doesn't technically, it only refers to an existing sitemap item from within the workspace, not the **_site-level_** sitemap.
It might be appropriate to also define how those "stems" can be created and extended upon in the channel manager to create a workspace hierarchy.
I can certainly see how a newbie would get confused coming from the essentials features and then seeing that the sitemap "stems" do not exist.
