Please add instructions about how to update the imagesets on staging/production environments

I created a new imageset on my local environment, then deployed the changes to staging but the staging environment contains more images than my local environment. Then I ran the UpdateImageSets script, but it didn't update the existing images with the new sizes. Please add some info here about how I can fix this.
