Should pystack vendor libdebuginfod?

Memray vendors a copy of the debuginfod client library into its wheels. PyStack doesn't. I can't recall any reason for that difference, and unless there is a good one I'm forgetting, I think it would be a good idea to vendor libdebuginfod into PyStack's Linux wheels.
