ARM support

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
According to the [documentation](https://bloomberg.github.io/comdb2/install.html), ARM architecture is not supported. Will be great if it would be supported, since it allows to run local instances on ARM-based machines (new Apple laptops and not only Apple) and servers (AWS Graviton and other ARM-based servers).

Add ARM architecture support to the database.

Start with the ARM support statement in the install documentation and compare it with the current database build and runtime assumptions. Identify the architecture-specific work needed for ARM-based machines and servers; done means ARM support is implemented and local instances run successfully on the stated ARM environments.
