Description
**Current Behavior**
After a user signs in for the first time, they are redirected to their home feed.
Their home feed is empty because they don't follow anyone.
**Expected Behavior**
Their home feed should show an alert feedback saying something like, "There are no items in your feed. Start following users to receive their latest updates! The Explore page is a good place to start."
