Define and Document Zeam Naming Convention

We need to establish a consistent naming convention across the project to improve readability, maintainability, and collaboration.

Once finalized, the convention should be documented in the repository (e.g., CONTRIBUTING.md or a separate naming-conventions.md) so all contributors can follow it.
