Plane.so Integration

**Motivation**
It would be useful to connect Buzz with Plane.so so teams can turn conversations into actionable work items without manually copying context between tools.

**Alternatives considered**

Add a Plane.so integration that allows users to:

- Create a Plane work item directly from a Buzz conversation.
- Automatically include the relevant conversation context.
- Select the Plane project, status, priority, and assignee.
- Link the created Plane work item back to the Buzz conversation.

**Additional context**

Manual copy/paste or building a custom API automation, but both add unnecessary setup and lose context.
