The official Buzz Android app is currently not available on the Google Play Store in France.

This makes it difficult for French users of self-hosted Buzz communities to install the mobile client, even though the Android application is already being distributed in other markets.

**Proposed solution**
Could you please either:

1. Enable France as a Google Play Store territory for the Buzz Android app, or
2. Provide an official signed APK, ideally through GitHub Releases, for users in countries where the Play Store version is not available.

Providing an APK would also be useful for self-hosted users who prefer sideloading or use Android devices without Google Play Services.

**Additional context**
The Buzz repository already contains the Android application and build tooling, but the public GitHub releases currently only provide desktop binaries.

The mobile release documentation indicates that signed Android builds are produced through the private buzz-releases pipeline and then promoted through the store workflow.

An official APK alongside the store release would therefore be very helpful for the self-hosted community.
