The app, simply doesn't work...?

**Describe the bug**
OpenCode ... 🔴 "timesout"
Cursor ... 🔴 "timesout"
Buzz Agent + Anthropic Key ... 🟡 Agent reads message, types response, but no response ever arrives. in the agent activity tab I can see they sent a response. But all chats are empty. They never respond in any chat, either direct or group. The message the agent does eventually write never gets added to any chat.

**Steps to reproduce**
Literally try doing anything, nothing works. No idea what I'm doing wrong. Interestingly, huddles do work (when there is more than one agent), in there the agent can write messages and speak, but bizarrely in regular chats they can't. When it's a huddle with just me and one agent, it doesn't work, two agents, works!?!?
