Agent doesn't post in channel even I see details in its activity logs

**Describe the bug**
Agent doesn't post in channel even I see details in its activity logs

**Steps to reproduce**
1. Go to 'channel'
2. Send message to Agent
3. Wait for agent to response

**Expected behavior**
Agent should post findings in the channel

**Version and platform**
Find your version at the bottom of the Settings sidebar. Write "unknown" if you can't determine it.
