Make Buzz iOS available on the French App Store

**Motivation**

The official Buzz iOS app is currently unavailable on the French App Store.

As of July 29, 2026, Apple’s French storefront lookup returns no result for application ID `6779728271`:

The same app, currently version 0.4.12, is available in several other storefronts, including the US, UK, Germany, Spain, Belgium, and Italy.

French members of self-hosted Buzz communities therefore cannot install the official mobile client using their French Apple Account.

**Proposed solution**

Please enable France as an App Store territory for the Buzz iOS app.

If its exclusion is intentional or subject to a pending requirement, could you clarify the reason and, if possible, indicate whether availability in France is planned?

**Alternatives considered**

- Installing from source with Xcode requires each user to maintain and periodically re-sign a personal build.
- Ad Hoc or TestFlight distribution would require a separate Apple Developer distribution process.
- Changing the region of a personal Apple Account can disrupt subscriptions, purchases, and Family Sharing.

These alternatives are significantly more complex than installing and updating the official App Store release.
