Description
**Describe the bug**
I'm trying to create a new community for the first time, and it directs me to create an account on BuilderLab.xyz. I've never created an account on BuilderLab before, yet when I hit "Create new account", it asked me for a password, seeming to assume I already have an account. I tried to reset the password. I tried it four times, and no email is ever received. I'm using a Google Workspace email account. Also check the spam folder. Nothing.
**Steps to reproduce**
1. Go to https://login.builderlab.xyz/ (using new community creation flow from MacOS app)
2. Click sign in, find reset password button https://login.builderlab.xyz/u/reset-password/request/Username-Password-DB
3. Fill in your email, and no confirmation email ever arrives.
**Expected behavior**
Confirmation email arrives so I can set up the new community. .
**Version and platform**
Find your version at the bottom of the Settings sidebar. Write "unknown" if you can't determine it.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the MacOS app's new-community flow and the reset-password request at the listed login URLs, using a new Google Workspace address. Trace the handoff to BuilderLab.xyz and verify whether a confirmation email is generated; done means the email arrives and permits community setup.
