iOS app completely locked, cannot sign out. Menu bar missing.

**Describe the bug**
I pressed the invite link before I had setup the desktop app which removed the top bar for me in the app… I cannot now sign out and I cannot use the app.

The top bar pops in a split second and then disappears.

**Steps to reproduce**
Just go into the app and it will not work.

**Expected behavior**
I should be able to logout and the pair to my desktop app. The app should not allow me to join if I haven’t comepleted the setup progress.

**Version and platform**
Find your version at the bottom of the Settings sidebar. Write "unknown" if you can't determine it.
