Reduce steps to create a community

the UX to create a community is quite involved if you don't already have a builderlab account. here was my experience:

1. [Desktop app] Create Community [opens builderlab browser page if you're not already authenticated]
2. [Desktop app] shows "waiting for your browser"

3. [Browser] Sign up. prompted to verify email

4. [Browser tab 2] open inbox and click verification email

5. [Browser tab 3] shown some random code that i have no idea what to do with

6. [Browser tab 1] Finally come back to this only because i'm typing this all out to you and click "I've verified my email"

7. [Browser tab 1] told to go back to buzz

8. [Desktop app] Prompted to Connect and Continue

9. [Desktop app] asked to Create a Community. but prompted to "claim" a Buzz Address (what's a buzz address??)

10. [Moegrammer] totally lost my attention span and just aggro clicked through the rest. forgot to read.

any ideas on how to reduce the friction?

Start by reproducing the Desktop app's Create Community flow for a user without a builderlab account, including signup, email verification, and returning to the app. Trace each browser and app handoff described in the issue. Done means the community can be created with fewer, clearer steps and without unexplained prompts such as the verification code or Buzz Address.
