[Bug] Trouble installing Buzz

**Describe the bug**
Not able to install Buzz because getting an error on Claude and Codex setup.

**To Reproduce:**
*Steps to reproduce the behavior:*
1. Installed Buzz
2. Clicked on Set up Claude, and it failed.
3. See error

**Expected behavior:**
Able to choose Goose and Buzz and continue or choose any model with Buzz and continue with install.

Reproduce the installation on Windows 11, then start with the Claude and Codex setup flows referenced in the report and inspect the attached error image. Done means Buzz can complete installation after choosing Goose, Buzz, Claude, Codex, or another model without the setup failure.
