Reproduce `npm i -g blitz --legacy-peer-deps` on Windows with Node v14.18.1 and npm 6.14.15. Inspect the repeated `failedDependency` frames in `C:\Program Files\nodejs\node_modules\npm\lib\install\deps.js`; done means the global installation completes without the RangeError.
