Feautre Request: Have the option to remove recipes

### What do you want and why?
The ability to remove recipes as currently I see no option to do so.

### Possible implementation(s)
Have a command like so ```blitz remove tailwind```
How might we do this?
I'm not so sure as I am not familiar too much with the internals of blitz.js itself.
### Additional context
It would save on time by adding option to remove recipes instead of creating a new project displacing the previous work spent on the project one is working on.
