TouchID does not reliable autounlock

Description
When using TouchID for unlocking Blink does not directly open up the terminal.
Instead I need to tap "Unlock" and validate again using TouchID.
From time to time Blink opens up a terminal directly but most of the time I need to authorize twice.
This issue exists on iOS 13.4.0 and 13.4.1 (not sure about previous versions).
