[Feature Request] Full custom on screen keyboard

It would be nice to see a full keyboard with `Control` and `Alt` keys at the regular places on iPad (keyboard layout similar to Smart Keyboard Folio for example). It would be much easier to use Vim and Emacs with this type of keyboard.

P.S. I am completely sure, complete on screen keyboard will work well, because I type blindly with the Apple standard one since the first iPad.
