Siri shortcuts are not working

I’m currently running Build 99, the latest TestFlight build. As far as I can tell, Siri shortcuts aren’t working. This is similar to the closed issue https://github.com/blinksh/blink/issues/695, but as far as I can tell no siri shortcuts are running (whereas before it was only `mosh` that wasn’t working correctly).

Start by reproducing the failure on the Build 99 TestFlight build, checking whether any Siri shortcut runs. Compare the behavior with closed issue #695 and identify the existing Siri shortcut integration in the Blink repository. Done means the reported shortcuts run correctly rather than only the previously affected mosh shortcut.
