Description
The cursor offset issue from #702 does not seem to have been fully resolved by build 97. Using iOS 12.2 and the typeface Inconsolata, the cursor is shifted a few characters to the left of the character being typed with a stock configuration of Ubuntu Server 18.04.2 LTS. This is resolved when changing to a standard typeface (Menlo) and restarting the app. Inconsolata works properly in the macOS 10.14.3 terminal when accessing the same machine.

Research direction
Reproduce the cursor offset on iOS 12.2 using Inconsolata, a stock Ubuntu Server 18.04.2 LTS configuration, and the setup described in the issue. Compare the result with Menlo after restarting and with the macOS terminal; done means the cursor aligns with the typed character while retaining Inconsolata.
