Description
Blink 12.5, Apple Smart Keyboard for iPad Pro 10.5 and Apple Bluetooth keyboard A1314, Swedish layout.
Mapping Caps Lock to Ctrl (Modifier Mappings, Special Keys) I lose the ability to enter uppercase å, ä and ö, as well as other characters with diacritics.

Reproduce the issue using Blink 12.5 on an iPad with a Swedish external keyboard and Caps Lock mapped to Ctrl. Inspect the keyboard modifier-mapping and text-input areas that handle Swedish å, ä, and ö; done means uppercase diacritic characters can still be entered with that mapping.
