Completion cursor jumps to previous line

Description
Not sure if this was reported already, I searched for "completion", "cursor" and "tab", but didn't find anything.
## Reproduction
This was tested on a fresh shell:
- input `ls /` and wait for completion to show up
- the completion correctly (?) stays behind the input
- enter
- input `ls /` again
- cursor jumps to the line above the actual input
- completion is below the input line, not behind it (as mentioned previously)
