Description
If I make block cursor fully opaque, it covers contents of character cell so I can't see it. In ordinary terminals character cell's foreground is inverted and drawn on top of block cursor.
Is it possible to achieve same behaviour in blink?

Research direction
Begin by tracing Blink's terminal cursor rendering and the handling of a 100% opaque block cursor. Compare the current behavior with the issue's ordinary-terminal reference, then verify that the character cell's foreground remains visible over the cursor when the behavior is implemented.
