Description
My current default setup on my desktop uses the fish shell, and automatically launches tmux. If I connect to it with blink using mosh, I encounter an issue where the terminal doesn't refresh until I hit enter. Specifically, when I first connect I get what appears to be a normal prompt as seen in the attached screenshot. However, as I type, nothing shows up until I hit enter, at which point the text I entered as well as any results appear. As you can see in the screenshot, my prompt does not appear at that point, and again nothing happens as I type until I hit enter, and everything shows up.
By disabling the automatic launching of tmux in my config.fish, I avoid the problem, so it certainly appears to be related to tmux. I also do not experience the same issue when using mosh to connect to the same desktop from my laptop, so it does seem to be something to do with blink's implementation in particular.

Research direction
Reproduce the issue in Blink on iOS by connecting with mosh to a desktop running fish with tmux auto-started, then compare it with the reported laptop connection. The work is done when typed input and command output render immediately and the prompt remains visible without pressing Enter.
